As the Head of Advisory & Transaction Occupier Services at CBRE Finland Oy, you will be responsible for the business unit, sales as well as business development both on a national and international level.

In this position, together with the A&T Occupier team, you will help occupier companies manage their real estate matters through delivering advisory services and providing insightful thought leadership. Whilst properties seldom are at the core of the business for these companies, they typically have a versatile property portfolio across several markets. Your Occupier team, specialized in Corporate Real Estate Management (CREM), Tenant Representation and Consultation, supports these companies to optimize the potential in their business premises and also to manage and shift financial risks by, for instance, providing advice on lease negotiations and creating portfolio strategies. Typical clients that your team works with are large companies with premises and functions not only in Finland but also abroad.

As the Head of  Advisory & Transaction Occupier Services, you will be responsible for the business unit as well as business development both on a national and international level. Operating with the most significant commissions and clients, you will produce and lead the consultation services offered by CBRE. You will participate in global business development as a part of the CBRE EMEA organization. To be successful in this position, broad knowledge of commercial and strategic consultation services as well as ability to build and develop long-lasting client relationships are required. You will report to the Managing Director at CBRE Finland Oy and you will possibly be a member of the executive committee at CBRE Finland Oy.


We expect you to have

  • An applicable Master’s degree

  • Approximately 10 years of experience in the real estate business

  • Experience in leadership in an consultation organization

  • Fearless attitude towards sales and a proven track-record of implementing significant projects

  • Broad knowledge of real estate business and operators in the field

  • Excellent interaction and cooperation skills, solution-oriented mind-set and ability to influence in matrix organization 

  • Fluency in Finnish and English, other language skills are regarded as your asset


    It is beneficial for you to have

  • Previous experience in similar positions in real estate business

  • Proven track-record in business development

  • Examination as a authorized real estate broker (LKV)
