We are now seeking a Guest Relations Manager to join our team to ensure the contentment of our guests and the enhancement of service quality and seamless cooperation between different departments!
We are looking for someone who has experience with hotel reception and restaurant work. With the department teams, you will be responsible for ensuring hotel guests receive holistic, once-in-a-lifetime experiences during their stay at our hotel. In addition to accommodation and restaurant activities, we provide activity and supplementary services ranging from airport transfers to in-house snowmobile safaris and other activities. You will also play a big role in increasing cross-selling between departments. Naturally, you welcome VIP guests in person, get to know the guests and familiarise the team, also using the guests’ names. Every guest is an individual with a name, seeking once-in-a-lifetime experiences and who has personal tales and dreams. We seek to satisfy these desires by offering services with meaningful experiences.

We are offering a permanent, year-round position at a true vantage point (with respect to both career and physical location) at the peak of the Saariselkä resort. Nature, wilderness and life in North Lapland are all included. You will be responsible for maintaining an important functional role and significantly influencing the creation of service product stories.
