Growth Marketing Manager

Precisely is looking for a determined but easy-going Growth Marketing Manager to join their Helsinki office. The Growth Marketing Manager will be part of a marketing team of 5 which is responsible for ensuring Precisely and its spokespeople are seen and heard in the right places, with the right message. As a Growth Marketing Manager, you will strategically build and develop data-driven ways of working with the aim of enhancing Precisely´s digital presence to attract new customers and increase awareness of Precisely and its product within target groups. Depending on your experience and interest, there might also be a possibility for team lead responsibilities in the near future.

As a Growth Marketing Manager, you will lead the way towards an increase in conversions and steady growth of the marketing and sales funnels. You will make sure the digital presence of Precisely is top notch, ensure SEO is where it needs to be, and help Precisely run campaigns through multiple channels. In addition, you will help create insightful analytics as well as weekly and monthly reporting and dashboards.

Precisely requires you to have:

• Experience in managing and optimising organic and PPC, as well as analysing and reporting the effectiveness of demand generation activities

• Understanding of SEO and Google tools (e.g. Analytics, Tag Manager and Search console)

• Knowledge of marketing data analytics, such as monitoring web analytics dashboards and key reporting tools

• Independent and resourceful working style and drive for growth marketing

• Fluent skills in English

• An eye for good web design and basic understanding of HTML and CSS
