Vattenfall is now looking for a sales-hungry person to fill the key position as Growth Hacker within the Finnish new sales team located in Helsinki. The position is a fixed-term contract ending Dec 31, 2019.
Consumer Sales Nordic is responsible for the sales of products and solutions to private customers and small and medium-sized companies in the Nordic region.
Your tasks and responsibilities
Your main tasks are related to new sales activities with help of your Product Owner, scrum team members and support teams such as omni-channel performance and branding. Your core is planning, execution and follow-up of performance campaigns with heavy digital weight. So, you understand the changing media landscape, consumer behavior and related customer journeys. You have fresh thinking and capability to deliver from ideas to implementation.
You are evaluated by both hard figures and ability to see & act upon new opportunities.
Consumer Sales Nordic’s operating model is agile/scrum. Thus your speed and flexibility in analytical and creative assignments are highly appreciated.
Your background and profile
You have proven experience on creating and executing high performing marketing campaigns, from creative brainstorming to analytics & insights follow-up. You know how to manage marketing activities with internal stakeholders and external partners such as creative and digital performance agency. You understand how brand building integrates into effective tactical activities.
Most of all, you want to power climate smarter living - enabling customers to be fossil-free within one generation. That is the purpose why Vattenfall exists.
