Our marketing team is looking for a growth hacker with a proven track record to grow our Marketing team at Mjuk!

What is Mjuk?

Mjuk is a Scandinavian online marketplace for pre-loved furniture. We are passionate about helping people around the world buy and sell their furniture in the most convenient way possible. Because circularity should be status quo, right?

We provide a marketplace for quality second-hand furniture and design as well as a seamless selling experience to both consumers and companies where we handle both logistics and marketing.

What would you do as a growth hacker?

In this role you will touch upon many areas, but will mainly be responsible for our growth hacking channels and processes

As our Growth hacker, you will be:

• Developing and implement performance marketing strategies to drive sales and brand awareness
• Optimizing our performance marketing to decrease our customer acquisition costs
• Drive our growth on digital channels, such as Google Ads, Facebook, Instagram and more
• Come up with creative growth hacking ideas that can be utilized by us to drive our growth

While performance is your main responsibility, you will also be supporting the marketing team with SEO, blogposts or other projects that drive growth. In this role no day will look alike, and you will get to work with varied tasks on the Finnish and the Swedish market!

What we want you to have:

• Relevant educational background (Msc. or Bsc. in marketing)
• Knowledge of growth hacking strategies, and skills within digital marketing (google ads, LinkedIn Ads, etc.)
• Concrete experience from performance marketing and growth hacking
• Experience from other marketing jobs and assignments is seen as a plus

Fluent Finnish and Swedish - both written and spoken is mandatory for this role. You need to also be fluent in English as the company language is English.
