NREP is building a treasury function  to support the growth of its business in the Nordics.  We are looking for a

Group Treasurer

You are a key member of the NREP international team, and responsible for managing and developing the liquidity and hedging arrangements of managed funds, operating companies and the management group. You report to the group CFO based in Copenhagen.

You hold a Master's or Bachelor's degree within a relevant field such as finance and have a track record of establishing and operating a Treasury function in a Nordic organization. (Experience in the private equity or real estate industries is a plus). Treasury systems, hedging techniques and instruments are part of your daily routines. You "navigate and negotiate" easily with Nordic and European banks.

As a person you have excellent communication, negotiating and decision-making skills. You are results oriented with an ability to set clear goals, priorities, and expectations to deliver timely, high quality services. Interaction with multiple levels of leadership both internally and externally and including peers and senior management are familiar to you.

You have an excellent knowledge of oral and written English. Knowledge of Finnish/Swedish/Danish is a benefit.
