To strengthen our global HR team, we are looking for an experienced Group HR Compensation and Operation Specialist to be driving our group-wide compensation process as well as ensuring effective global HR information systems and operations processes.

The role

As the HR Compensation and Operation Specialist, you will play an important role in improving the effectiveness of 3 Step IT´s HR systems and compensation policy and process. You will also be responsible for the Employment Cycle and Engagement process in our company. While ensuring secure handling of our HR Data, the role of HR Operation and Compensation Specialist is also responsible for continuous development of the HR Information System ensuring effective and strategic use. Further, the role will be part of developing our global compensation strategy and be responsible for reviewing, re-defining and executing the global compensation policy and process. Lastly, the role will drive our employment cycle processes and ensure the HR communication.

In order to succeed in this position, we would need you to have:

  • A Bachelor’s degree or equivalent
  • At least 5 years’ experience with proven track record of success in working as a HR Specialist within compensation and HR information systems in an international company
  • Experience of carrying out salary and pay scale reviews and benchmark surveys
  • Experience of job evaluation (e.g. HAY, Mercer, WTW, etc)  
  • Experience from being super user or owner of HR databases and other IT systems
  • Experience in business analysis or people analytics area  
  • Strong analytical skills and a real eye for detail  
  • Ability to work effectively with teams and senior managers  
  • Excellent interpersonal, communication skills, networking and cross-culture skills
  • Excellent influencing skills, credibility and Self-Starter  
  • Ability to work under pressure and prioritize effectively  
  • High skill level in MS Office – Excel, Word, Power Point and Outlook
  • Fluent in English both written and verbal. Additional language skills are meriting
