We are now looking for a Graduate, Operations Development to join our UPM Plywood Product Development team. Home location of the position will be in Pellos Plywood Mills in Mikkeli, Finland.

What you will do

• Be part of UPM Plywood Operations team in Pellos

• Participate in technical development, problem solving and operations development

• Actively co-operate with different stakeholders, for example members of the Pellos management team and blue-collar operators of the mill

• Depending on your background and skills, there is a possibility to getting development projects of your own

• Assignments during the program will be defined together with Graduate

Who you are

• You have recently graduated or currently a student in a university or university of applied sciences with 3+ years of studies in a relevant field: for example, in process engineering, chemical engineering or wood technology

• You have a proactive attitude, and you are curious for development and renewal

• You are eager to challenge and develop yourself into a highly skilled professional of your own field

• You have excellent interpersonal skills

• You are willing and able to travel

• You are fluent in both spoken and written Finnish and English

Please note that if the international circumstances allow, the UPM Graduate Programme will send you for assignments in other UPM locations.

The UPM Graduate Programme is a paid internship.
