What you will do
Be part of UPM Plywood Operations team in Pellos
Participate in technical development, problem solving and operations development
Actively co-operate with different stakeholders, for example members of the Pellos management team and blue-collar operators of the mill
Depending on your background and skills, there is a possibility to getting development projects of your own
Assignments during the program will be defined together with Graduate
Who you are
You have recently graduated or currently a student in a university or university of applied sciences with 3+ years of studies in a relevant field: for example, in process engineering, chemical engineering or wood technology
You have a proactive attitude, and you are curious for development and renewal
You are eager to challenge and develop yourself into a highly skilled professional of your own field
You have excellent interpersonal skills
You are willing and able to travel
You are fluent in both spoken and written Finnish and English
