Tailor-made training at TTI
You will work with MILWAUKEE®, which is one of the world leading brands in power tools and accessories. You don’t need prior knowledge of the industry or to be a product geek. Your training starts with extensive product training in Stuttgart, Germany followed by training in subjects like sales, presentation techniques and negotiating strategies in the UK. Experienced salespeople from your team will prime you for the role.
The Graduate Program lasts for approx. 18 - 24 months, but it is a permanent position, and you will be employed under normal conditions.
The role of Graduate at TTI
As a sales representative, your role will be to demonstrate and sell MILWAUKEE® power tools and accessories to existing customers such as professional pro-shops, distributors, and hardware stores. This way, you get to know sales from scratch and how to build lasting relationship. Our customer is more than "just a customer” – it is our partner, and we teach you how to help our customers develop their business. You will help your MILWAUKEE® colleagues building up exhibitions and train our customers on demo-days and other product events with customers.
You work from your home office, but most of your time is spent in the field, incl. some overnight business trip, occasionally also abroad.
As part of the TTI Graduate Program, you become part of our international training sessions where you will meet with other Graduates from the European Graduate Program. Learnings from here will help you prepare for a future role in sales, product management and other similar positions. Many senior executives at TTI have been on this journey themselves.
