What you’ll do

In this Concept Developer Graduate position, you will get exposed to variety of business and process development initiatives. Business processes in the scope of the work are all finance related one way or the other. Lead to cash, Source to Pay, Demand to Supply, Record to Report, … You get familiar with the several process taxonomies and how finance is an integral part of various business processes. As a Concept Developer Graduate, you will also get to know service design techniques such as user journeys, personas and service blueprint, potentially also familiar to you from design thinking studies. You will learn to apply project methodologies and may encounter an opportunity to work in a real project, contributing to business transformation.

Based on your interest you can work more closely e.g. with

• Finance concept creation
• Business process development
• Development portfolio planning and follow-up
• Service Design, Service delivery
• Testing (e.g. applying test automation)
• Change management, communications and end user enablement, e.g. key user network development.

Who you are

• You have a master’s degree from a relevant field of studies (e.g. major in Industrial Design, Engineering, Information management, Economics or similar)
• You have excellent interpersonal skills
• You have good analytical skills
• You have an innovative and initiative mindset
• You are fluent in spoken and written English
• Qualifications: Creative, Visual, Logical, Social.
• It is a plus if you have international experience

The position is located in Helsinki, Finland.

Please note that if the international circumstances allow, the Graduate programme will send you for assignments in other UPM locations.

The UPM Graduate Programme is a paid internship.
