We are now looking for a


to join our exciting journey. As a Global Service Manager, you will be a hands-on leader, responsible for building a successful Service team to support & complement the equipment business, a new business area with massive opportunity for us. You will be the owner of the whole global service process in the company, which also means that you are responsible for our service function’s certified compliance to applicable standards and regulations (ISO13485, MDR, MDSAP). Global Service is a new function in the company and therefore we are looking for an enthusiastic person with great customer service attitude and with interest and ability to roll up the sleeves and contribute in practise. Position is based in our Espoo office.


  • Carry overall ownership of all Serres equipment installation and service activities
  • Communicate customers’ needs and requirements related to service and technical support
  • Collaborate with Product Group, being the owner of service products, and Sales & Marketing
  • Build, develop and lead a team of professionals assuring that we have the aftermarket service capabilities for all its offering in all the markets company serves
  • Give input to the Product Group to create relevant service products, e.g. spare parts, preventive maintenance kit and documentation
  • Take responsibility for the traceability of service activities and related tool
  • Organize service training for authorized service partners globally
  • Collaborate with Product Group, being the owner of service products, and Sales & Marketing
  • Provide budget and forecast for spare parts and other service products
  • Participate in strategy implementation, annual budgeting and action planning


  • BSc/MSc in Eng. with solid technical understanding of electronics, electricity and mechanics
  • Strong experience in people leadership and project management
  • Knowledge of standards and regulatory requirements for service activities
  • Negotiations skills and experience with drafting contractual agreements for service
  • Capability to create, document, communicate and maintain cross-functional processes
  • Proficiency in oral and written English and Finnish is a must, additional languages beneficial
