Global Pursuit Lead for Large Enterprise Segment

We are looking for the best global talent in selling video conferencing solutions and managed services to large global enterprises. The role is located in Madrid or London. If you meet the required experience and have a proven track record in accordance with our open role, you could be the one we are looking for. 

Role Description

  • Leading sales activities and delivering results in global video conferencing opportunities, offered towards Fortune 500 companies
  • Working only with customer cases that are in or coming to RFP stage
  • Owning the customer and partner facing sales role, working as part of the Elisa Videra bid and sales team responsible for largest global opportunities
  • Ensuring that the secured customer cases are handed over internally with quality and that the committed business case and margins are delivered
  • Working directly for the Vice President responsible for global pursuit activities and acting as a key member of the Elisa Videra international organization

Required Experience

  • 5-10 years’ experience closing business with video conferencing solutions and services for Large Global Enterprises
  • A track record of providing a minimum of 10M€ in TCV per year for the past five years in selling video conferencing solutions and related services
  • Experience gained working in a global cross-border organization where teams are spread globally across geographies and time zones
  • Proven results in leading cross-border bid teams in Global Enterprise video conferencing RFPs and pro-active sales opportunities
  • Experience gained solution selling, especially video conferencing as a service
  • Understanding of video conferencing technologies (endpoints and infra)
  • Working experience and relationships with the most relevant industry technology players (Cisco, Polycom, Pexip, Microsoft, etc)
  • Experience gained working with large channel partners on building a joined business model and commercial success is seen as a benefit

Professional Skills and Personal Characteristics: 

  • Results-oriented and highly driven
  • Proven ability to solve problems and close large global deals
  • Very comfortable negotiating and working with executive level contacts
  • Excellent communicator and negotiator, internally and externally
  • Excellent writing and presentation skills
  • Excellent spoken and written English, other languages are an advantage
  • Sharp skills in pricing, margin and business case calculations
  • Able to work both autonomously and as part of a team
  • Cheerful, creative and able to handle stress and uncertainty

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's or Master's level degree in technology or business
  • Relevant technical certifications are an advantage

Location and reporting: 

  • The position is open in: Madrid/Spain or London/UK
  • The role will require travelling in the region on a regular basis
  • The Global Pursuit Lead will report directly to the Elisa Videra Vice President leading the related sales activities
