We want you to lead our Procurement function in Finland, Austria and Romania. You will be responsible for development of the whole procurement organization according to the company strategy, business needs and best market practices.

You will be the director for three procurement units: Pischelsdorf/Austria, Vantaa/Finland and Satu Mare/Romania. Please note, that the position demands willingness to travel, more than 50 % of working time.

You will be responsible for balancing and securing the interests of locations and business units, budgeting and controlling of all procurement cost centers as well as using the synergies within Rosendahl Nextrom group and Knill group. Also securing the procurement of all required materials, goods and investments as well as digitization of procurement processes in line with our digitization strategy are your responsibilities.

We hope that you have very strong knowledge of procurement processes in global organizations  and experience in managing international suppliers. You are a strategic thinkinker and have proven leadership skills and high social competence. A global mindset with experience in dealing with different cultures is very much needed. You have excellent communication skills in English on negotiation level (written and verbal) and higher degree in Engineering or Business Administration with technical background. Ideally, your procurement background would be from machinery/manufacturing, electronics, fiber optics or cable industry.
