Global Process Owner for Accounts payables and Accounts receivables

You will work in the Group Financial Services (GFS) management team in close co-operation with business management, GFS Development Manager, other Global Process Owners and GFS Team managers. You are Member of GFS management team.

As Global Process Owner AR and AP, you drive global process streamlining and process transformation for AR and AP processes, optimizing end-to-end. You develop, standardize, and optimize processes, procedures, policies and related controls. You lead the execution of the global AR and AP processes, establish and communicate a clear vision for the AR and AP processes across the organization also actively engaging and leading the business units and support functions to follow the globally standardized processes. You proactively diagnose and identify problems and needs; define and prioritize improvements, ensuring alignment to process vision. You drive global deployment and adoption of processes, with regional and local requirements customization as required to follow legal and/or tax compliancy. You promote a continuous improvement culture and assess opportunities for service improvement and determine creative means to implement new and innovative technical and process-based solutions.

We expect you to have:

  • 5 years or more of relevant working experience
  • Understanding of AR and AP processes and related control points
  • Strong project management, change management and matrix management experience.
  • A minimum of a Bachelor's Degree is required with a preference in Accounting/Finance or related field
  • Fluent English and Finnish skills, other language skills are considered as an asset

Prior experience of working in/with a Shared service center and as a Process owner is preferred. Familiarity with Robotic Process Automation’s solutions is considered as an asset

You have solid strategic and end-to-end process thinking and planning skills. With your strong interpersonal, influencing and negotiation skills you guarantee successful projects.
