We have an outstanding opportunity for a Global Business Intelligence/CRM Manager to join our expanding team at Medix Biochemica Group, an industry leading raw material partner to the IVD industry worldwide. We enable IVD customers to deliver accurate results to billions of patients, boosting commercial success by shortening manufacturing time through increased efficiencies and building our hallmark quality into every test.
With sales and operational facilities in Europe, North America and China, we have ambitious plans for the future and are now seeking to hire this key role to join us on our exciting journey.
Your responsibilities will be to develop insights, which drive the overall strategy and performance for Medix Biochemica Group by providing senior leaders, across the organisation, with business intelligence. You will support the Leadership team, working and collaborating with teams across the globe.
In this newly created and versatile role, you will be able to both influence how your role develops and play a key part in driving our commercial success. Your focus will be on managing our CRM system (Salesforce.com), building databases, conducting analyses, building models and developing metrics to support, measure and guide our commercial operations.
The ideal candidate will have experience of a similar business intelligence and CRM management role, ideally having worked with an international scope and within life sciences, supporting commercial functions. You should also have a Bachelor’s Degree from an Accredited Institution with a focus on Business, Economics, Finance or other related areas.
You must have advanced experience of key analytical tools including Excel (programme and build reports), database management (e.g. Cognos & Microsoft Power BI) and managing ETMS and CRM systems (e.g. Cegedim, Veeva, Salesforce.com)
The person who succeeds in this role will not only enjoy driving the basic analytical work but also have the experience and business acumen to give clear, strategic guidance on the actions that should follow.

As you will be working in a complex, international organisation, it is essential that you have strong communication and presentation skills and are comfortable working cross-functionally in a global environment. You think outside the box and excel at generating innovative ideas and solutions.
Fluent English, both written and spoken, is a requirement.
