Fortum eNext’s Smart Operations is looking for General Manager for Technical Management. You will be responsible for managing technical services of eNext O&M sites and future business. You act as a leader for the technical support team for sales negotiations and when the O&M sites are built (or unbuilt) and continue as support provider during the operation period of the site. The key stakeholders are sales support, site’s O&M organisations and other relevant Fortum organisations. Additionally you are also owner of Smart Operations technical support agreements. Developing technical management processes as well as customer management is also your responsibility. You will report to Head of Smart Operations of eNext.

Proven track record of O&M business and technical contractual negotiations
Capable of independently participating technical negotiations
Understanding of Operations and Maintenance
- power plant site experience required
- understands customer overall business and is able to provide added value
Fluent written and spoken business English
People management skills and experience
Ability to communicate, present and influence key stakeholders at all levels of customer’s project organization, including executive level
University degree preferred, M.Sc. or similar
Willingness to travel frequently internationally (30 %)
Experience from multicultural organizations and customers
Ability to cooperate cross functionally
