The Role
As a member of our Finnish Fund Finance team, you will engage in various aspects of controlling and process optimization. You will be responsible for the controlling of a portfolio of investment companies, with a current focus on Norway. Collaborating closely with local and international colleagues in the Fund Finance team, senior management, and other corporate functions, your work will involve maintaining active connections with colleagues across the company.
Key Responsibilities
Control your own investment portfolio from start to finish with support from the team.
Contribute to controlling Norwegian investments, budgets, and valuations.
Assist with reporting, including covenant and fund reporting.
Support acquisitions, including structuring.
Maintain master data.
Handle cash management for your area of responsibility.
Your Experience and Skills
As an ideal candidate, you have a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in a relevant field (e.g., accounting, finance, economics, business) with at least two years of work experience. Work experience can include student work or internships. Previous experience in an international financial controlling environment and/or real estate industry is advantageous.

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Ability to think strategically and resourcefully.
Strong interpersonal and collaborative skills, with ability to build consensus and relationships.
Very good written and spoken English skills, and proficiency in Swedish and/or Norwegian language.
Understanding of Norwegian accounting legislation and practices is advantageous but not a requirement.
