Are you eager to build something revolutionizing? Ready to conquer the world of UI? Elisa’s New Business Development has created a rising star. We have outlined a brand new Smart Supply Chain solution which focuses on the domains of industrial manufacturing and supply chain management, bringing AI and IoT together. We do ML-based optimization, automation, and integration. Since April, we have sold 6 projects so far, and the future is looking bright.

This is your chance to be an active part of the industrial digital revolution! You will be building a completely new product, in an agile and startup-minded environment.


What you'd do and learn:

In the beginning, the team is small, so the responsibility is vast. You will also have the chance to become a development manager in the future.

Simultaneously, you will have a lot of freedom and make decisions about the direction of the product’s UI (also UX if that is close to you). Programming is the biggest part of the role but you will simultaneously be able to do some design, depending on your interests. On the other hand we need good architecture and backend skills to understand, scale and implement our current solution. 

New modules and components are constantly added to the product which means there’s always something for you to put your unique label in. Our business model also enables clients to add new updates to their product; there will be a lot to work on even after the shipments. We're using Elisa's React-based component library and design system, so you'll have good existing foundations to work with.


Skills you need in order to succeed:

We are looking for a Fullstack Developer, who has several years of experience about React, Redux and is well familiar with CSS and HTML. You need to have the will and the capacity to produce seamlessly flowing, modern and fresh UI.

In the architecture side, good understanding of Java, Azure DevOps, SQL and JSON are more than welcome.

On the soft skillset, the readiness to work in a startup setting is the key alongside with the thirst to learn. You should also have good communication skills, and the ability to work in a consultative role.
