Fraud Monitoring Consultant

In Fraud Monitoring our contribution is to support customers in minimising losses in relation to third party fraud with payment cards and potentially in the future also on account to account.

You’re expected to develop your talent and aim higher as you work to change payments. You’ll build on our proven track record of developing and delivering innovative and reliable solutions and our strengths as a Nordic leader with 50 years of experience within payment solutions.
Your key responsibilities are monitoring of payment card transactions, blocking and replacing cards with fraudulent transactions, analysing fraud patterns and handling calls and mails related to this task. Also, there will be possibilities to contribute to optimising our business processes and develop our team and services through continuious improvement initiatives.
We are looking for a full time employee starting at as soon as possible. Working hours will be set according to a structured schedule and working hours can be day, evening and night – including weekends and public holidays. Position will be temporary until 30.11.2019.

Your professional qualifications include:
- Service language is Finnish, though English skills is also required.
- If you are fluent in Sweden that is an advantage but not a prerequisite
- Ability to analyse and interpret larger amounts of data
- You are familiar working with Microsoft Office (Excel and Word).
