Fragrance Specialist

Area of working: Helsinki metropolitan area

The role:

As one of our talented fragrance specialist you will provide welcoming, authentic and personalized fragrance service to our customers in order to achieve all customer service and sales targets. With your passion for fragrances, you will ensure that each customer has a unique and inspirational in-store experience which educates, inspires and delights them.

You will also use your exceptional people skills to educate retail staff and ensure that the store meets the Company’s high standards of visual merchandising.

Main responsibilities:

  • Invites clients into a warm, welcoming environment, and listens well to uncover individual client fragrance needs.
  • Providing excellent customer service and brand experience upon fragrance consultation, in store and throughout brand events.
  • Ensures merchandising and tester standards are met by maintaining an efficient, clean environment and personal brand image.
  • Deliver sales as per defined target and monitor her/his sales results by completing a daily sales monitor, on a brand by brand basis, which is to be provided to her/his manager at the end of the month and can be reviewed on a weekly basis
  • Provide education to retail staff working in stores about ADF brands, with particular focus on best-sellers and novelties.
  • Everyday control of stock and providing information on any actual or anticipated out of stocks to store management and ADF Corporate representatives.


  • Experience in retail sales
  • Must have sales experience and a strong desire to give exceptional customer fragrance service.
  • Must be adaptable and positive personality
  • Must have good interpersonal/communication skills, be comfortable approaching clients, and maintain a professional appearance.
  • Good communication and coaching skills to fulfill the task connected with education of the staff
  • Meet and or exceed daily sales goals, and have a drive to understand and achieve sales targets in retail environment.
  • Can work flexible hours (evenings, weekend, holidays, etc.).
  • Ability to work independently
