Forenom is looking for a People Operations Coordinator
We offer you an interesting job and chance to develop in an international environment together with competent colleagues. You will be responsible for different areas of HR, recruitment as well as employer branding. You will play a key role in our internal business school Forenom Academy. You will plan and facilitate training processes and days based on the strategy and guidelines set by the function. You will be assisting with new employee hiring processes and onboarding as well as plan and facilitate introductions. Your tasks also include varied HR administrative tasks, like employee health and welfare plans, work with local collective agreements or acting as a liaison between employees and insurance providers. In this role you will work towards all our Forenom offices in the Nordics.

We hope that you already have experience from the HR or recruitment field. You communicate fluently in Finnish and English. You can work independently, but you also enjoy teamwork and have strong skills in communication. The role requires travel.
