We are looking for a Service Manager for Finland, who will focus on servicing HALTON systems and establish the HALTON Foodservice SERVICE Business in Finland by 

Attending customer sites and executing service actions on Halton systems
Providing and building expertise on electrical and automation aspects of Halton systems 
Building a network of partner companies (HVAC+E) to provide support to Foodservice customers across Finland – and Baltics
Creating leads for and Building the Service Business together with Sales

Key Accountabilities

Attending customer sites and executing service actions on Halton systems

  • Plan and execute technical commissioning for new delivered installations
  • Run Maintenance/repairing actions including needed troubleshooting
  • Create the Invoicing and billing documentation for actions done

Providing and building expertise on electrical and automation aspects of Halton systems

  • Supporting sales in technical interactions during the sales process enabling the sales of demanding solutions
  • Teaching colleagues needed aspects of electric and automation

Building a network of partner companies to provide support to Foodservice customers across Finland

  • Based on the installed base and service needs, choose the appropriate partners to support the service activities
  • Make the partner contracts with selected partners
  • Coordinate the service work of partners at customer sites

Creating leads for and building Service business together with Sales

  • Provide and offer customers Service agreements
  • Spare parts selling and retrofit- and technical projects for kitchen business owners
  • Service budget and results follow up

Skills, Knowledge and Experience

  • Technical education in electrical / automation / mechanical engineering.
  • Practical work experience of HVAC systems is an advantage.
  • Documentation and reporting skills 
  • Contact network with electric / automation companies
  • Experience of working with partners 
  • Collaboration and customer friendly approach
  • Working level English – both written and spoken
  • Readiness to work also outside of regular working hours 
  • Readiness to work in a small independent team in an entrepreneurial manner – this means responsibility to take care of varying tasks, with a lot of freedom to tune the work (for example working times adapted to customer needs and requirements)
