For our site in Berlin we are currently looking for Finnish speaking customer support Agents

1586€ / month fixed salary (1820€ from 1st of October)
175€ / month fixed monthly extra pay for your language skill (increases to 263€ after probation period)
up to 263€ / month performance bonus

What you will do at SYKES:
You will answer customer requests on the phone and E-mail
You will help customers with questions regarding technical products from a very known brand (This is just assistance, no Sales, no Commision)
Who are you? - Are you…
an excellent Finnish speaker (Near Native +). As well as a fluent English speaker?
willing to work flexible hours as the job demands? (our opening times Mo-Fri office hours)
familiar with customer service?
comfortable with computers?
living in Berlin and having a valid work permit, if applicable, at time of hire?
willing to work 5 times a week?
