We are looking for a Senior Consultant to join our Management Consulting Financial Services practice in Helsinki.

Our Financial Services (FS) practice provides deep banking, insurance and asset management knowledge combined with project management and IT implementation skills as well as risk and regulatory understanding. Would you be a suitable person to join our team of experts?

As part of our Financial Services team, you would have the opportunity to work as part of a group of experts that is the number one choice for many of the financial services companies. You will work on fast-paced, challenging and above all on interesting client projects.

We hope you have 3-4 years or more working experience in FS consulting or financial services. As a Senior Consultant you will be working on a wide range of themes in projects that may range from short analysis and impact study engagements to wider implementation projects and transformations spanning from a few months to a year or more. Your project role might be project stream lead or for instance subject matter expert depending on the project and your specific sets of skills.

To succeed in the role, we expect you to have:

  • An analytical mindset with demonstrated ability for strategic thinking, with a consultative capability to recognise opportunities to add value to our clients.

  • Relevant prior working experience – preferably a minimum of 3-4 years of working experience in FS consulting or from the banking or insurance sector.

  • A relevant academic degree.

  • Excellent communication skills (written and oral) in both Finnish and in English, knowledge in Swedish is seen as an advantage.

  • Experience in project management or working in challenging project environments; proven organisational skills and structured way of working against budgets and tight deadlines.

  • High level Excel and PowerPoint skills.

  • Capacity and willingness to learn new things and continuously be open to developing yourself.
