On behalf of our international client company, we are looking for a Finance Project Manager to take lead of our customer's e-invoicing and intercompany CoE projects. This is a fixed term assignment of one year and will start as agreed or at the beginning of 2022. In this project there are good chances for a potential continuation after the initial fixed term. Our client's office is located in Espoo but work can be done remotely. Please note that selected person must be available to pick up the work equipment from Espoo, Finland.
The responsibilities of the Finance Project Manager are related to over-all project management around e-invoicing and intercompany CoE project. The e-invoicing project is implemented on a global level and its aim is to centralize and reduce manual payments. The Project Manager will be working closely with multiple stakeholders: IT Solution Design Owners, Subject Matter Experts, Local Finance and Sourcing Contacts, E-invoicing partner, different unit's project teams, Process Owners and consultants from vendors side.
As there are multiple projects and deployments to be managed simultaneously, we are looking for you who have worked in international projects previously and who has excellent management skills. Previous work experience or education related to finance and IT are highly appreciated in this role. Ideal candidate has fluent communication skills in English, verbal and written. Any Project Management related certificates are seen as an advantage.
