Finance Manager

DelSiTech is the leading technology specialist in biodegradable silica-based controlled release of small molecule drugs, biopharmaceuticals and viral vectors. We focus on parenteral and local administration of drug products. DelSiTech works with its partners to turn their active agents into novel and commercially attractive therapeutic drug products and provides the technology and expertise for solving drug delivery challenges. In addition, the company is developing its own pipeline of supergeneric/505(b)(2) products to address significant unmet medical and commercial needs.

DelSiTech is growing fast and considering a stock exchange listing in the next few years. We are seeking an experienced Finance Manager to take responsibility for the company’s external (IFRS) and internal reporting, as well as related processes. You will be part of the finance team and report to the CFO.

Your key responsibilities will be:

• Prepare financial statements and interim reports in line with IFRS

• Work with customer project teams on contracts and their impact on IFRS

• Establish accounting policies and prepare accounting memos under IFRS

• Establish IFRS reporting procedures

• Develop company internal reporting

• Participate in developing company corporate governance

We expect the applicant to hold a relevant academic degree and at least 5 years of experience within accounting and/or audit field. Previous experience of listed company reporting would be valuable. Having an analytical mindset and the ability to structure large volumes of information is required. Also, experience in interaction with auditors is appreciated.

We are looking for a highly motivated individual with good problem-solving capabilities and a proactive hands-on attitude. You are able to work both as an independent professional and as a team player. You are fluent in both spoken and written English.
