FINANCE MANAGER

As the Finance Manager, you play a key role in Storent's overall success. You manage accounting, financial planning, management of financial risks, record-keeping and financial reporting. With your holistic understanding of the financial workings of the company, you are a pivotal part of the country management team, helping make crucial financial decisions, leading the execution of those decisions, analyzing the company's financial strengths and weaknesses and proposing corrective actions. 

• lead the team of four finance professionals,

• together with the team provide effective and efficient financial processes (close, forecast, budget, cost benefit analysis, asset management, audit)

• take care of fixed asset and lease accounting,

• be accountable for salary accounting,

• plan cash flow and be accountable for payments,

• prepare finance statements according to IFRS and FAS,

• provide timely analysis of results, reporting and accurate forecast,

• interpret financial information to managerial staff while recommending further courses of action,

• strategize on fund procurement through banks and other financial institutions.

We value:

• excellent people management skills,

• at least five years’ experience in the field,

• suitable educational background in accounting or related discipline,

• experience with finance or business analysis background,

• ability to effectively manage multiple projects and work effectively under deadlines,

• fluent Finnish and English language skills. Latvian is a great plus,

• hands on and excellent attention to details.
