Work tasks

In this diverse role, you will be responsible for financial monitoring, reporting, and human resources tasks, including forwarding payroll data and cash management. You will have the support of an accounting firm for payroll and financial statements. In this position, you will join an international team and have the opportunity to develop both yourself and the financial processes extensively.

Examples of your upcoming tasks:

• Financial monitoring and reporting
• Cash flow statements
• Monitoring accounts receivable and invoicing
• Monitoring accounts payable and cash management
• Approval and payment of purchase invoices
• Preparation of monthly accounting and financial statements
• Human resources matters and payroll
• Logistics (transportation and forwarding)
• Document preparation

We are looking for

• Relevant commercial field education background
• At least 6 years of experience in similar roles
• Knowledge of the Talenom system is considered an advantage
• Proficiency in English is essential. Knowledge of Finnish, Spanish, French, and/or Swedish is considered an advantage

We value if you have

• Experience with IFRS/GAAP standards
• Experience working in an export company
• Experience with SAP systems

Knowledge can be gained through education, experience or self-taught.
