CBRE is looking for an independent and customer service oriented Field Technical Support Analyst (Deskside Support Engineer) to support our fast growing organization in Finland.

In this role you will be the first point of contact for all IT related issues in our Finnish offices. Together with our Nordic FTS IT team, support coverage will be distributed across multiple sites, with an average of 130 end users across Finland. Your tasks will include e.g. the analysis and evaluation of reported end user problems, failures and errors and provide recommendations on the replacement of computer peripherals and program changes in order to correct software issues. You will also be responsible for liaising direct with the user community and contributing ideas for new technical solutions, including testing and installation of new releases. Flexible working attitude is a must in this role as the days vary depending on the issues reported. Also regular travel amongst different offices is required.

We are looking for:

  • Suitable education
  • At least 1-2 years of relevant Field/ Deskside work experience
  • Exceptional technical knowledge of desktop management, office automation and general operating systems
  • Experience with troubleshooting software and hardware problems through debugging, testing and vendor assistance
  • Comfortable working alone on individual tasks, as well as part of a team for larger projects
  • Excellent content knowledge and mastery of Microsoft Office packages - Knowledge of ITIL, MCDST , MCSA , CCNA
  • Flexible and customer oriented professional attitude
  • Fluency in Finnish and in English – written and spoken language
  • Willingness to provide technical guidance and/or training to co-workers
