By joining Perrigo you will become part of our Nordic Commercial Strategy & Implementation (CS&I) team, and have the objective of securing in-store success in the Finnish pharmacy channel through best-in-class shopper marketing as well as driving the education of the ACO Cosmetics portfolio in Finland.
You will be based in Espoo, and report to the Commercial Strategy & Implementation Manager Finland, supporting on major initiatives as well as driving initiatives of your own.
Your specific areas of responsibility will include, but not necessarily be limited to:
• Development of point of sales material, in line with brand and commercial strategies
• Planning of campaign activities and other marketing related projects
• Local Product Manager responsibilities for the ACO Cosmetics portfolio
• Educating the sales force on e.g. new launches and providing pharmacist sales material
• Organizing trainings and educating pharmacy staff nationwide
• Tracking of sales fundamentals & taking actions to close gaps where needed, e.g. distribution and visibility in store
• Responsible of local CSI budget & SAP management
• Key performance metrics: Finland P&L, market shares, and category development
To succeed as a Field Product Manager you should have approximately 2-5 years of relevant experience within sales or marketing. Ideally you have experience in cosmetics, but we welcome individuals from a variety of backgrounds (e.g. FMCG, retail, pharmaceuticals / OTC products, healthcare). You are customer orientated and possess strong networking and relationship building skills, and communicate and present yourself in a confident manner. You have strong project management and analytical skills, and are able to digest data to provide actionable and business orientated conclusions. We value creative and innovative individuals with aesthetical sensitivity, and expect you to have a passion for winning. Furthermore, you should be a self-starter who thrives in a fast-paced environment and welcomes change. Fluent Finnish and English are mandatory, and due to the nature of the role readiness for occasional travel around Finland is required.
