We are looking for a
FIELD CLINICAL SPECIALIST, NEUROMODULATION
to strengthen our product and sales team in Finland.

 

In this role you will serve as an expert for product support for our customers and our own sales teams. Your role will consist of tackling complex issues related to troubleshooting, programming, training, and patient follow-up for both Deep Brain Stimulation (DBS) and Spinal Cord Stimulation (SCS) products. You will educate potential and existing customers (neurosurgeons, neurologists, and nurses) on the merits and proper clinical use of our products and therapy innovations by giving presentations and demonstrations. You will also respond to all customer needs and requests regarding our products and service.

As the trusted advisor of our customers, your work consists of the following four pillars:

  • Technical consulting: you are or with our extensive training program will become a subject matter expert with our products and technology. You will provide support for customers, patients, as well as our own sales teams.
  • Implant and programming support: you will support clinics and hospitals with both DBS and SCS implants and assist them with post-implant programming.
  • Troubleshooter: you will act as the first-line support for our customers regarding their queries and issues related to our products.
  • Sales representative: as our Field Clinical Specialist you will find solutions for our clients and thereby add on to our sales. You will also collaborate closely with our sales representatives and account managers by feeding back information from our customers and their wishes.

We expect you to have solid track record of working with hospital environment: physicians, nurses, operation rooms etc. Experience in the medical device industry will be considered as an asset. We appreciate strong interpersonal and communication skills. Excellent planning and organizational skills are must haves. To succeed in this role, we prefer you to have relevant university degree in patient care, clinical field, engineering or technology. You also have fluent English and Finnish language skills, Swedish will be considered as an asset. In this role you need to be willing to travel extensively both in Finland and abroad.
