We are looking for an experienced, analytical and social team player to manage our facilities in Jyväskylä. Here, 1400 Valmeteers work in the offices, workshops and our foundry. In this very hands-on role, You will be expected to plan, manage and monitor preventive and corrective maintenance and repair activities to ensure reliable operation of the buildings, facilities and equipment and to maintain their value over the years. You will report to Director of Board and Paper Mills Finance and in matrix to the location head.
Final job description will be adjusted according to your skills and experience.
To be successful in this position, you should have:
- Relevant degree
- Minimum of 5 to 8 years of experience in facility management
- Experience in collaboration with suppliers
- Excellent negotiation skills
- Fluent Finnish, English will be an asset
- Team player with good social skills.
