We are now looking for a determined and competent
to join Finnair's Real Estate & Facility Management team. The team is responsible for providing cost efficient high-quality fit-for-purpose facility solutions for business needs. As a Facility Manager you will take care of and manage Finnair offices' and other facilities' maintenance services and real estate development. In addition to the functional planning, implementation and reporting of facilities, you are responsible for cooperation with internal and external stakeholders. Your responsibilities will also include the follow up of planned maintenance activities, the construction management of agreed investments and change projects for facilities. In addition, you will have responsibilities in financial planning and budgeting for real estates and facilities as well as maintenance and construction contract management, supplier management, and facility safety.
