Are you a results-orientated sales professional who can drive success? Can you understand, plan and implement export strategies across a specific export territory? Do you have experience to drive business in China or in other countries? Would you enjoy working in a forward-thinking and dynamic team in Orion Diagnostica?

We are looking for two Export Managers with different geographical focus

  • China and South East Asia
  • EMEA countries


In this strategically important key role, your main task is to build and execute profitable B2B-sales growth and business development of Orion Diagnostica in-vitro-Diagnostic products through distributors and partners. Most of your time you will be working with your specific export territory where you will be the key contributor to developing our business.

You are in charge of sales, strategical planning and annual activity plans. You will follow up on net sales, rolling planning, cost and sales estimations for each territory.
You will work closely with current partners and develop distribution network for territories. You develop business by following up distributor pricing and profitability and by developing distributors´ capabilities to sell Orion Diagnostica products in their respective markets. You will actively participate internal development projects, follow market trends and make sure that we have the best capability to develop Orion Diagnostica´s business in selected territories.

What you would need to succeed in this position:

To be able to enjoy your journey and to succeed in this position, you have a strong track record in business-to-business sales, account management/ partner development and collaboration. You should have some years of experience of working in a b2b-related role in an international business area, preferably in the diagnostics/medical products field.
As a person you are truly business driven and sales-minded by heart, but at the same time patient and willing to build long-term sales and collaboration and partnerships with our partners.  Good analytical, planning and project management skills will be needed in your every day work. As you will be working with people from different cultures when meeting our distribution partners and when working with your colleagues in our Finnish office base, you are truly an excellent communicator and a confident presenter. Thanks to your excellent co-operation skills, you always listen to the customers carefully and genuinely wish to help the customers succeed. Your inner curiosity makes you want to actively follow on the business environment and learn new things.

Suitable educational background to help you succeed would be M.Sc.or an equivalent education from the area of healthcare, natural sciences - microbiology, molecular biology, or biochemistry.

Fluent English is a must in both positions as it will be your working language. The knowledge of Chinese language and local business culture is a great advantage in the position focusing on China and South East territory. The knowledge of other languages are seen as a benefit.

Your Finnish office base will be in Espoo, Orion Diagnostica HQ in Mankkaa, where you will work as a part of our export manager team. You are flexible to travel abroad.
