Export Coordinator

Joining a close-knit office team, you will be responsible for managing the Export. The ideal candidate for this role will be a real all-rounder with excellent experience in export documentation, invoicing, inside sales, understanding international trade, knowledge of customs procedures, booking in jobs etc.
This role requires a diverse background and skill set from an individual that is really looking to make a difference and progress their career.
Your role is:
- To build excellent working relationship with suppliers and customers
- To process sales orders in the CRM and ERP system (Microsoft AX)
- To raise commercial invoices for shipping e.g., to China, India, Russia or USA
- To provide quotations when required, also process export documentation
- To deal with clients' enquiries regarding their orders and deliveries over the phone and via emails efficiently and timely manner
- To be the link to production after reception of orders
- To work closely with the Marketing and Sales Team to give them assistance and admin support
- To check accounts payable and receivable
- To demonstrate commercial acumen and coordinator skills
Export Coordinator Position Requirements
- Fluent written and spoken in English and Finish (Essential)
- Proven experience in Export Documentation (Essential)
- Experience in Invoicing, booking jobs etc. (Essential)
- Understanding of International Trade (Essential)
- Understanding of Customs (Essential)
- CRM and ERP knowledge (Essential)
- Excellent Customer service skills (Highly desirable)
- Internal Sales experience (Highly desirable)
