We are looking for an Expert, Reporting & Development for a Senior role to join our Financial Control team. You provide expertise to business area development initiatives by having deep knowledge of business operating model, deep expertise in RTR process and very good understanding of accounting and reporting requirements. You define, evaluate and develop standard reporting processes so that they are efficient and compliant. Position is located in Tampere, Finland.

What you'll do

You are responsible for reporting and analyzing services for Specialty Papers ENA SBU including business, group, statutory and tax view. You are actively managing and developing business area reporting processes and reporting models responding business needs, improving reporting quality and efficiency.

  • You provide operational expertise in Management reporting process in Specialty Papers Business area team
  • You identify and drive continuous and transformational quality and efficiency improvements
  • You prioritize improvement opportunities and leading development initiatives in your own responsibility area
  • You ensure seamless collaboration between different stakeholders
  • You ensure overall end-to-end processes are taken into consideration in system and process development 
  • You ensure data correctness, high quality and timeliness of all reporting and analysis on your own responsibility area
  • Participate to other development projects in a leading or expert role
  • Perform other duties and projects as assigned by superior

Who you are

  • You have master’s degree in finance or other equal qualification
  • You have gained at least 5 years’ of relevant work experience  
  • You have strong leadership and people management skills, especially indirect leadership skills
  • You have strong knowledge in accounting and in reporting processes
  • You are capable of change management
  • You have strong influencing and collaboration skills in global organization
  • You have solution oriented and problem solving mindset (prioritization capabilities)
  • You are fluent in English, other languages are seen as an asset
