We are looking for Excellence & Lean Manager for production

We are looking for an Excellence Manager for our production for a permanent position. The job is located in Kerava. The goal of production is to produce high-quality products in a timely manner to meet sales’ needs at the lowest possible costs. We constantly improve the efficiency of our operations and maintain the high quality of our products focusing on “Zero losses” mindset. As Excellence Manager
Develop a robust continuous improvement strategy in partnership with the Management Team and key business stakeholders
You support implementation of the principles and methods of Lean in all brewery functions improving skills and autonomy of the team
Implement and support cultural change across the organization
Provide project management, analytical and research skills and expertise
Develop, deliver and support delivery of business improvement change initiatives. Develop and contribute towards improvement standards in line with best practice
Undertake continuous training and development of management and shopfloor collages
Being a role model in gemba walks and other lean practices
Building autonomy and skills of operators by introducing new ways of working
Ensure that the function operates in accordance with any health, safety and environmental policies and procedures to ensure the safety and wellbeing of staff and visitors
We expect from you
a technical university degree suitable for the position
strong experience background in the production environment, previous experience in the FMCG industry is an advantage
at least three years of experience in management-level positions
strong evidence of successful change management and implementation of continuous improvement programs
competence and knowledge of different improvement methods and Lean tools
excellent Finnish and English skills, you work daily in both languages
preparatory working sample
natural leadership, ability and willingness to guide and motivate
excellent organizational and decision-making skills

Your activities are guided by the thinking of continuous improvement and you have a natural desire to develop processes.
