Do you want to develop in a global company with the best opportunities and make impact in EHS topics? Environment, Health and Safety (EHS) trainee will work as part of EHS team in Finland and Baltics and in close cooperation with Sustainability and HR.
What kind of work assignments are included to this trainee position?
We are looking for a trainee to work with safety, health, and environment issues. Your tasks will be for example to prepare communication material and communicate EHS topics. Safety work includes analysis of incidents, managing EHS trainings, preparing lessons learned, participating in site visits and safety committee meetings. You will have a key user role in IT-tools, and you help with their modernization. You will also participate in introducing EHS to new employees, in EHS process development and in developing wellbeing and sustainability.
What is expected from EHS #FutureWerner?
We are looking for a Werner who studies for example safety engineering, environmental/sustainability management, or general management, and most importantly has the interest in driving safety, wellbeing, and environment topics. The work requires communication and understanding people, and you need to have good oral and written communication skills; people person – being interested in people and working with them.
You could start working part- time at our Espoo office already during the spring. The salary is based on the working hours and completed studies.
