We are looking for an
to join YIT Group IT in Helsinki.

You will take part to develop methods and operating models, combining knowledge and technologies seamlessly for better business results. You are in key role supporting business development and acting as integrator between business needs and IT solution development. You cooperate tightly with business units, IT management and strategic development. You are responsible for enterprise architecture in your own area and work together with other architects and stakeholders for ensuring common architecture roadmap for entire company.

To perform this role successfully we expect you to have:

  • Experience in Enterprise Architecture -work and methods
  • Ability to design comprehensive end-to-end business solutions
  • Innovativeness, capability to see the big picture and passion for continuous improvement
  • Active and collaborative way of working, good communication and change management skills
  • Ability to understand and master large entities from business models to IT solutions
  • Fluent English
  • Readiness to travel

We also prefer you to have

  • Experience in agile development methods and frameworks (for example SAFe), understanding of Lean -philosophy
  • Experience in data driven business
  • Relevant education
  • Experience in operating in international and matrix -organizations
  • Independent and determined working style
