We are looking for experienced Engineering Team Manager to join Infinited Fiber Company. You will primarily be working from our office in Espoo, Finland, and of course also remotely. Are you ready to roll up your sleeves and drive the change for a circular future with us?
Infinited Fiber Company is a textile tech R&D powerhouse, and we’re ready to disrupt the industry big time. Next on our agenda is setting up a flagship factory in Finland to produce Infinna™ - the circular alternative to cotton we create out of textile waste – for our customers around the globe.
In your role as Engineering Team Manager you will lead a team of experienced Engineering Managers and seasoned Experts. Your main task is to lead and coordinate your team in process development, piloting, factory projects and technical support. You’ll be responsible for developing and leading our design and implementation activities in project-oriented environment. You will also be involved in hiring new talents to our growing team. You will report to our COO.
Qualifications:
- At least 10 years of diverse working experience with minimum 5 years in management role
- M.Sc. in relevant technical field
- Working experience in engineering or design
- Working experience in process industry factory environment
- Excellent interpersonal, collaboration and partnership skills
- Proactive capability of thinking ahead, seeing the big picture and participating in daily basis
- Hands-on and will-do attitude towards developing and implementing
- Fluency in both written and spoken English and Finnish
- Experience of international working environments is a benefit
