We are looking for
to support Fondia´s business customers in various types of legal matters related to employment law and HR. It is an advantage, if you have prior experience from any of the following areas:
In this role you will be part of Fondia’s Employment Law team – giving independently legal advice to our clients and dealing with all kinds of matters related to employment law and HR. You will get a chance to make use of your expertise in a pragmatic way and to develop your skills and knowledge even further by supporting a wide range of companies engaged in different fields of business. We would also like you to be interested in marketing, sales and competence development since at Fondia they are part of every lawyer’s work. You will be part of an inspiring work community.
Besides a Master of Laws degree, we expect you to have a minimum of 7 years of post-graduate working experience in expert tasks in the field of employment law. We hope you to be a target-oriented and proactive person, who is capable and interested in handling many assignments simultaneously and independently, supported by your colleagues. You will enjoy working at Fondia if you are solution-oriented and a true team player, who is keen to constantly aim for smarter solutions. Our working environment requires excellent skills (both written and oral) in Finnish and English, Swedish being an advantage.
