Our client company is a well-known Finnish corporation and market leader in their field. You will hear more about them in the first round of interviews.
This position offers you a chance to work with electrical design in an international environment.
You are responsible of developing new solutions and managing existing solutions in building doors technology. Work is done in close collaboration with R&D, sourcing, installation, maintenance and quality teams. Strategic partners and suppliers are having big role and you will be the contact point for them from technology organization. You ensure solutions are implemented safely, timely and with good quality.

You can work 50% at the office at Hyvinkää and 50% remotely.

Experience on agile ways of working is very much valued as is ability to work in multi-cultural environment where diversity is appreciated.

We are looking for

• Relevant educational background, for example electrical engineering 📖
• Electrical engineering background. Understanding of mechanical engineering, automation and/or mechatronics is an asset. 💼
• Demonstrated eperience in project management ⏳
• 3+ years experience in the relevant engineering area. 🔍
• Capability to define product specifications ⌨️
• Good communication skills and ability to lead discussions with stakeholders and suppliers. 💬
• Fluent English skills
