ECommerce Key Account Manager

We are now looking for an enthusiastic and driven Ecommerce Manager to join our team in Helsinki to build and drive growth in our online sales channels. In this new role you have the opportunity to build and execute eCommerce strategy in Finland with our Sales and Marketing teams.

 

Responsibilities

  • Establish and develop customer relations, negotiating activations and yearly plans while assuring the right and always relevant assortment
  • Develop our eCommerce platform and digital marketing activities to drive customer engagement and sales growth
  • Manage and execute marketing and sales activities in third party platforms together with local partners
  • Acting as the “glue” between Marketing and Sales functions when it comes to Digital and eCommerce
  • Testing and creating new revenue streams and business models
  • Continuous development and day-to-day management of our eCommerce processes
  • Track results and ROI on all activities and provide reports to our Sales Lead.

 

Requirements

  • 3+ years of solid experience in eCommerce for a consumer goods brand or an e-tailer
  • Fluency in English and Finnish, both written and verbal
  • A strong grasp of modern technology and social media. We hope to find an expert with understanding of spreadsheets, databases, financial analysis, website design, search engine optimization, and e-marketing strategy
  • Experience in Google Analytics and/or other analytical software / digital marketing tools
  • Ideally you will have a Master level degree in business, marketing or similar
