Distributor Account Manager

Mission & Responsibilities
We are looking for an energetic and assertive colleague, motivated to apply for a commercial job in a fast paced work environment.
You will maintain and develop distributor account partnerships and act as a single point of contact to ensure high cooperation level at all times. Common tasks are action planning, campaign management, educating the channel to the benefits of Air Liquide products, services and Gas Safety, and to implement our digital tools for our agent network.
Furthermore you are expected to drive sales revenue through building a strong indirect channel partner network and demonstrate Air Liquide products & services. You are also responsible for identifying, prospecting, recruiting and onboarding new agent and reseller partners. Managing contract negotiations and maintaining the account information is part of this position as well as other duties assigned to support the overall strategy.
By close collaboration with our distributor accounts and sales team you will achieve a solid understanding of your responsibility area and network. We expect you to be proactive and effectively manage several projects at a time. This position requires you to be a networker by nature and also to understand the value of effective communications as part of increasing our value for the customers.
You will be trained in distributor channel management processes, and in the offering of Air Liquide products and associated technical applications. You will be reporting directly to Sales Manager Finland South.
Competence and profile
In order to perform successfully in this role, it is important you have experience of developing distributor networks and have the ability to make development/marketing plans. We believe you have a BSc or MSc in the field of Economics / Engineering or Gas. We see it as an advantage if you have prior experience of team leadership or management.
Since you will be responsible for building long relationships, passion about business development and account management is important. You also have an adapting personal style to effectively interact with a variety of people and are capable of building trust and credibility. We believe you have great strategic planning, project management and organizational skills together with problem solving skills and an analytical mindset. To thrive in this role, you have a positive, professional, and proactive attitude.
Fluent written and spoken Finnish and English is required. Swedish is considered as a plus. Advanced skills using CRM and office tools e.g. MS or Google are essential to be able to perform in the role.

Travelling within Finland is a mandatory part of this position and your office location will be in Nokia. A company car will be provided for this position.
