Director, Solution Sales is a leading role within ISS Finland in developing customer centric sales with large customers. Key purpose of the role is to actively participate in creation of Key segment strategies and translate it to winning deals and delivering top-line growth. The Director, Solution Sales will take a leading role in targeting new customers, generating leads, designing compelling customer centric solutions and pricing to close the deals as well as leading a senior members of the solution sales team. You work in a close cooperation with other people in the commercial unit and key account organizations. The role is reporting to the Country Commercial Director in Finland.

As a Director, Solution Sales you should have

  • Drive segment strategy work and execution of agreed actions
  • Eagerness to build and develop strong relationships with customers’ key players
  • Passion to discuss and understand client needs and business objectives
  • Experience and proven track record in leading a solution oriented sales team
  • Ability to truly listen to the customer needs and thereof find customer oriented, tailor-made solutions
  • Ability to actively seek and recognize new leads and growth opportunities and process them to sales revenue
  • Ability to define, develop and deliver the growth strategy
  • Genuine interest in property and facility management IFS solutions
  • Team spirit and ability to convince both external and internal stakeholders to establish trusted relationships
  • Experience and proven track record in leading sales projects successfully and achieve the goals.

To succeed in this position, you should have

  • 5+ years of experience in solution sales preferably from service industry as well as experience from leading a sales team
  • Master’s degree or similar educational background
  • Results-driven and entrepreneurial mind set
  • An unbeatable attitude to sales
  • Proven track record in project and sales management
  • Ability to work across all levels in client organizations and establish credibility and long lasting relationship
  • Ability to convince and communicate fluently both in Finnish and English, Swedish considered to be an advantage
  • Proven track record of influencing client decision making and winning business
  • Strength on managing large complex bid responses
  • Ability to understand that results require hard work
  • Positive attitude and ability to move fast in a continually changing environment.
