Are you an experienced HR professional looking for an exciting new challenge? DHL Freight Finland is currently seeking a dynamic and strategic HR Director to join our team.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement HR strategies, policies, and procedures that align with DHL's global HR objectives.
• Oversee the full employee lifecycle, including recruitment, onboarding, performance management, payroll and offboarding.
• Partner with business leaders to provide strategic HR guidance and support.
• Ensure compliance with local labor laws and regulations.
• Drive employee engagement initiatives and foster a positive work culture.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver HR solutions that meet business needs.
• Lead and develop a high-performing HR team.
• Develop and maintain HR metrics and reporting to guide decision-making and track progress.
• Foster a strong organizational culture and employee engagement through various initiatives and programs.
• Manage industrial and employee relations, ensuring a friendliness and productive workplace.
• Drive leadership and development opportunities to enhance the skills and capabilities employees.
• Have interactions with DHL's global HR teams to ensure alignment with overall corporate strategies and initiatives.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Human Resources or other related field.
• Proven experience in a senior HR role, preferably within the logistics industry.
• Strong knowledge of Finnish labor laws and regulations.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills.
• Ability to think strategically and drive HR initiatives.
• Fluency in Finnish (required) and English
