As Metso Outotec’s Director, Global Compensation you will manage and help to shape our Global Compensation culture and practices for 15 000+ employees in over 50 countries. Your responsibilities include global salary practices including budgeting, structures and benchmarking, short-term incentive structures, benefits, job architecture and reporting.
In this key compensation and benefits role, you report and work closely with Metso Outotec’s VP, Rewarding and Global Mobility. Within the global HR organization your frequent contacts are with SVP, Human Resources and all of our HR Business Partners. In matrix you lead, guide, and develop a group of regional C&B managers to ensure our capabilities and knowledge is on good level. From time to time, you are also present in Metso Outotec’s leadership team meetings.
Metso Outotec has gone through a large transformation in the recent years after the merger of Metso’s minerals business and Outotec. Currently all our global C&B processes are ongoing well and have a good collaboration with the whole the organization. Your experience will be essential in thinking ahead, while the workforce expectations globally vary and develop, how we as Metso Outotec can meet employee expectation and manage the compensation practices going forward to ensure we attract and retain our top talent globally.
