Direct Marketing Technical Coordinator

We are currently looking for our new Technical Coordinator to join our Digital and Direct Marketing team at our Finnish office in Helsinki. You will be joining a cross Nordic team of marketing & sales experts located in Finland and Sweden and some great colleagues across the Nordics. As a Technical Coordinator, you will be reporting to the Nordic Head Of DDM.

You will have a variety of important responsibilities including:

• Development and testing of our policy admin and premium collection platforms together with our platform vendor.
• Management, oversight and development of our policy admin system processes.
• Development and streamlining our processes in regard to data exchange, premium collection and customer communication
• Planning and building new processes with new partners
• Producing operational data for MI usage

• Prior experience of using customer platforms, CRM’s, billing platforms etc.
• Strong level of verbal and written Finnish and English (required). Other Nordic languages seen as an advantage
• Ability to work on own initiative
• Previous experience of process development and system testing is considered a merit
• Proficient in Excel and generally computer literate
• Ability to prioritize and focus on targets and results. Good time management skills.
• The position will require willingness to travel in some extent, mainly within Finland but also in the Nordic countries.
