As a member of the Interactive Commerce practice you will take a leading role in shaping and selling digital transformation opportunities across our client base, focusing mainly on eCommerce platforms. You will be supporting our Interactive Delivery team and our clients along the journey to adopt and deploy digital technologies to help them engage digitally with (market, sell and provide service to) their customers (B2B and B2C).

 

The ideal candidate has extensive experience in selling and delivering complex eCommerce projects and has the ability to grow and manage relationships with our clients. In addition, desired candidate is interested in developing leadership skills to help succeed in a fast-paced environment.

 

You will work with Accenture client teams to understand and translate digital transformation opportunities and technologies for clients across the Nordics.  

You will partner closely with colleagues from within Accenture Digital, Client Account teams and other parts of the organization to shape opportunities providing the full spectrum of digital transformation services to our clients. You will originate, propose, shape and close client deal structures for the delivery of these digital services that will transform the way our clients operate.

  • Actively originate, shape and sell digital opportunities with our clients
  • Help develop the sales strategy for client accounts along with the client teams
  • Be able to articulately present digital concepts to senior management
  • Take responsibility for owning and delivering a specific sales target for a set of clients
  • Support the delivery of client work
  • Develop the business case for digital opportunities
  • Driving eCommerce practice growth

  • Minimum 5 years of business development and sales experience.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience with eCommerce platforms, preferably SAP Hybris commerce (Digital experience covering digital strategy, digital marketing, content services, mobile applications are a benefit.)
  • Consulting services experience or experience of selling in a consultative environment
  • Bachelor's or Master’s Degree
  • Fluent in English. Finnish and Swedish are a benefit
  • Resident in Finland/Finnish National/EU Visa holder•Experience in working in Nordic territory 
  • Experience in working in Nordic territory 
  • Ability to listen and negotiate as well as to work under pressure
  • Ability to travel in the Nordic countries
