We are now looking for a proactive DIGITAL PRODUCT SPECIALIST for ATD. This is a permanent position and based preferably in Lahti, Finland. Other global locations are also negotiable.
Do we share same mission?
As Digital Product Specialist you will be responsible for coordinating and developing product support on the front line, as well as training front line technical personnel. You will share feedback and information between the dealer/customer to the factory and support the sales team with product issues. You will take care of daily product support for the front line in cooperation with other Product Specialist and create and develop technical training and training materials.
Your skills and qualifications
You will surely succeed as our digital product specialist if you are:
- an automation/mechanical/hydraulics engineer with a strong focus for IT and modern digital tools
- interested in working with customers and our stakeholders, and developing long lasting customer relationships
- an active problem solver with nerves of steel
- willing to roll up your sleeves and get your hands dirty
- fluent in English (other languages valued as well)
Prior experience in supporting digital services and products, and technical skills to monitor connected fleet and debug possible problems are a plus. The role requires general understanding about system integrations, application interfaces, IoT and mobile technologies, etc. just to mention a few. You are fast learner and able to adapt rapidly to changing technologies.
Your problem-solving skills are first-rate, as are your analytical skills, both of which allow you to easily map the customer and front line needs and convey the message back the product area. Your communication and interpersonal skills (verbal and written English) are excellent, and you are a strong team player, dedicated to open communication and collaboration. You have demonstrated experience in service and customer relations, and are highly customer focused, with a keen understanding of what is needed to deliver to top-notch service and support to customers. Your well-developed multi-cultural understanding enables you to interact comfortably with global colleagues and customers.
